Fine sparkling wine made using the traditional champagne method of fermentation and ageing in the bottle. The wine used is made with the Verdejo grape variety. Ageing lasts longer than twelve months. it has a good quantity of bubbles, of medium size and duration. Pale yellow colour, fruity aromas with some tones of yeast. Good carbonic presence with a final bitter taste typical of Verdejo.
